Absolutely fantastic. Very nice host. Very clean campground. You won't find better shower facilities. And the beach and kids park were very well maintained.

Absolutely love this place!! We are new camper owners and learning EVERYTHING as we go! We have had best experiences with fellow campers helping us navigate the ins and outs of owning a 26 ft camper but the most help was given by Dale who works at site!!! He helped so much and taught me more than any book or you tube video.... nothing beats hands on experience! Dale is so helpful that this will be our only site for this season and probably next! Super clean facilities and lovely large shade trees! Thanks to all staff but extra thanks to Dale!

This was my first, and perhaps last, time visiting this beach. There is a nice playground and two areas for playing volleyball, a good amount of parking, and lots of picnic tables in the shade. Wright County could really do itself a favor and clean up the swimming area. While there are some things that can't be helped, such as ag runoff and snails, there are others that can. The beach needs to be combed, as there are piles of weeds and sharp rocks on the shoreline, sharp rocks in the swimming area, clumps of moss, and trash in the sand. If you're going to swim here, wear something that covers your entire foot like old tennis shoes or water socks; otherwise, those rocks will get into your shoes. Set up shop far AWAY from the purple martin houses. We had a near miss in the water and a direct hit on the beach. Gross. We do not have kids, but we fully appreciate the PFD loaner station! That's a wonderful asset.

Nice spot right on the lake with a beach, fishing dock, and playground. Great sunsets. It is pretty noisy early in the morning, though. Bathrooms were clean, it was a bit crowded, there was no privacy since campsites are close together, but it was a nice stay

I have been camping here for over 20 years! I find it very friendly and Cedar Lake is the clearest lake I have ever swam in!! Grandbabies love coming with Grammy camping at Schroeder Park!!

Nice campground well kept and friendly staff. Nice sandy beach and swimming area. Nice boat launch with parking and area to beach your boat. Nice playground. Medium sized lake with clean water. (Note has invasive species) they have sites with elect and water hookups and sites with just elect. Sites are not on top of each other but not spread out a lot either medium distance. More room between sites would make it 5 star but a nice place like this is usually a little tighter.

Beautiful beach very large with volleyball nets, awesome playground, on site showers and bathrooms, good layout, spacious camping areas, picnic areas with built in bean bag toss and horseshoes, benches to watch the amazing sunrise and sunset.
