Do not go here. Was very unprofessional at the front desk. I bought a auctioned off storage unit. I’m pretty sure the front desk guy looked through the stuff and took whatever he wanted. When I got there, it looked like things were moved around and looks like things were missing from the picture. I saw a laptop bag and it wasn’t there when I came to empty out the storage.

Horrible customer service and very expensive. I contacted the facility manager several times to let them know I moved out and not to charge me the following month. They still charged me for the month and they are advertising my unit rented as available. I’m on my third time talking to corporate no one Knows how to move me out. Would 100% not recommend

Beautiful experience with the manager Arwin, Alll 10s great person. Very dissatisfied with the Former Lady Manager me and the rest of the long Term tenants were leaving if that person Stayed. Again current management team excellent. Thanks

Initially I was attracted to this storage location because of the price. Very fair. I decided to move because of the rat droppings I'd find in my things. Unfortunately, those prices aren't as fair priced as before. They have rats then have the audacity to raise their prices. Wouldn't recommend.

Amazing and friendly customer service! We had a last minute booking and every effort was made to accommodate our needs. We even ended up coming 40 minutes after closing and they stayed open to help us out. This is the kind of thing that one needs, moving is already stressful and having helpful people like the team here make the whole experience that much better. Can definitely recommend!
