I have been going to Seaview my entire life. We’ve been twice since the new owners took over. Just left after a 7 day stay in an rv. They have made tons of improvements, the playground/sport courts are incredible. The pool area/bar is the best I’ve seen at any campground. The prices have increased, as others have said, but the amount of improvements far out weighs the price adjustments. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. We stay at many campgrounds, Seaview is by far the nicest of all the ones we’ve been to. Will absolutely continue to visit

Amazing campground resort. Beautiful location on the water. You can see the Old sow whirlpool from your site! The pool and restaurant were so gorgeous. I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort. Staff are so friendly. Bathrooms are nicer than my house! HIGHLY recommend! A++

The peace and quiet you get here is exactly what I was looking for, the heated pool and park was phenomenal! The kids loved it! Fishing off the pier. Or walking to the ‘island’ to see the sunrise. Is one of the memories the kids and I will never forget, will we back… most definitely!

The cabins are a little small but very charming with wonderful views. Staff is all extremely kind and accommodating. My kids LOVED the huge jungle gym and giant bounce pad! I loved the heated pool for a late morning swim. We also saw bald eagles, whales, seals, and some crabs during our stay! We will definitely return in the future!

Peaceful slice of heaven right on the water. We visited mid July 2025 and enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, with an escort to our site and help with guiding us back into our site right on the water. We just chillaxed and didn’t use the pool or other amenities but everything looks very nice and we will make a point to be back. It’s very quiet and peaceful here - exactly what we wanted. We even saw a whale out off the point! It’s a bit pricey for an RV site, but worth it to us to escape for a great weekend!

The campground was fantastic. I can see that a lot has been done. We especially liked a carpenter there. He was about 6’1/2” tall with gray hair. Very handsome. Hoping to see him next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seaview and I have to say, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived it was clear this was more than just an RV park….it’s a resort! The swimming pool took our breath away with its incredible view and the children’s area was a real surprise. The team at Seaview truly sets this place apart! From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel welcomed and made sure every part of our check- in process went smooth and easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Spent a week at Seaview Campground (end Aug. 2024) as we've done for the past 10 years. Were very disappointed to see that the "fishing" pier had not been installed this season. Was told it was due to damage from winter storms although it looks perfectly fine where it's sitting in the adjacent cove. Believe the new owners are taking the campground in a direction geared more toward the Disney crowd than Downeast Maine. More local restaurants and eateries have closed leaving few choices for meals out. Regrettably won't be returning to Seaview.

Pay no attention to any reviews that are a year older as there are new owners now. The prices have tripled and there are 7 pages of rules you have to sign off on!! This campground has lost its personality! The previous owners were fantastic and extremely accommodating. New owners are invisible and everything is automated online and pricing is ridiculous! This used to be a very busy place but not anymore! I hope the new owners figure it out before it’s too late!

Our stay at Seaview Campground & Cottages in July 2023 was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. The boating activities were a highlight, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, the scenic beauty here is unparalleled. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway!
