This place will take your money and not return it, after no service givin on a online deal. No contract was signed. Was told by storage manager and customer service multiple times, I would get a refund. Its been over 6 months. Ive talk to customer service multiple times. They say a check will be sent. Still no money returned.

I was selling my house and needed a place to put my things while I looked for a house in another state. I like the fact that I was able to do everything online, move in, store, keeping my items safe, and return two months later to retrieve my things. The front desk was helpful when I needed them.

My son stopped in by our climate controlled unit that we share around 10:30pm and he found the door that is supposed to be closed at all times left wide open. I went in to the office to inform the person that it was open and that I hope this doesn't happen often and he literally told me, "yes it does" - meaning it happens quite often. I told him that's unacceptable. We came back the following day to drop our dog off at the groomer next door and the gate that is supposed to be closed to enter into the unit area was wide open with no one around. When this place was owned and operated by Metro Storage I never ran into these issues. We will be finding another storage unit facility.

I called over the phone for storage prices. The employee ,Corey I think was his name was helpful and informative. I wasn't sure the size of the unit. After our conversation he welcomed me to the store to view the size of the units. He seemed very helpful and didn't rush me on the call.
