Every month I go through a fight to get these units paid. There is no online payment system. You have to call the customer service to get a payment link sent. I have units at two facilities and can't get a link for the second unit. It is extremely worrying since they have no contact with you otherwise. And you can pay from your bank account at all. I and I can't payat my lunch hour because they are not open.

I would not recommend this storage unit. I rented site unseen and when i arrived, i could not find the parking spot that i had rented. I went to the office and the employee couldn't find my spot either. The site is poorly marked and outright disgusting with trash, it is like a garage dump.
