Worst experience ever, the gate doesn’t work, there was a fire hazard and a flood, I wasn’t able to access my unit for more than 2 months but they still manage to charge me. The staff is Terrible!!!

Worst experience possible in every single way !!! Why even respond with your contact info when you know you guys ain't going to do nothing about it. I got about 1% chance that you guys going to pay for everything you guys damage. By the looks of your insurance clause you guys ain't covering anything. Staff sucks. Only one elavtor works half of the time. You get stuck in the storage if never comes down. You guys call but never leave a voice mail. Quick to add fees and raise the monthly rate. Not to mention make changes to contract that i never agreed to but have to go by. Like i said worst business experience ever. Can't even belive you guys are in business

It's been all bad since I got this storage. 1st the code they gave me to get into the gate didn't work so someone that was inside had to open it for me then the storage I was given had a lock on it so I had to put my stuff in a empty storage until the office was open the next day. Then the 3rd day I was going to go put more stuff in my storage but I couldn't because there was water leaking everywhere, all the floors were flooded with water. And now it's my 5th day I've had my stuff in there but it's been 2 days since the flood and I can't go in to see what is damaged. I haven't been able to even talk to any one to find out anything. This storage location is the one on Cherry Ave.

The staff is horrible. They always seem to be ons break. When they go to lunch, there is no staff on duty, even though they're are several employees there at the same time. One would think the employees could rotate their lunches so add not to inconvenience the customers; but not only that, they lunches are up to two hours long while we need help. When we do have a chance to interact, their attitude towards the customers is as if we are bothering them. They are rude and unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied and try to avoid any representative interaction if possible. Also, the facility is dirty and not well lit. There is no restroom for the customers so there are pools of urine in dark corners. It's a disgusting place with horrible service. I am unimaginably dissatisfied with this place.

Don't even deserves one star. First time I had problems with this place , I got a phone call from them saying my lock had been broken off and I needed to come put a new one on and check to make sure nothing was taken! I said, NO..u will be replacing my lock, what and I paying insurance for and paying u to keep my stuff safe? SMH So then comes moving day, I had half my couch in there cause my apartment at the time didn't have enough room for the huge sectional we had. Any how, I pulled it out and baby termites we're eating up my couch. A $2,000 couch from Mor furniture and it's damaged. The manager tells me the insurance covers it and we sent all the paperwork and photos to them ....COME TO FIND OUT ...the insurance DOES NOT COVER MOTHS, INSECTS, RODENTS, VERMIN, MOLD AND MILDEW! So pissed ...this place is a joke. They need to be shut down and sprayed for bugs. DO NOT RENT HERE ..IM SAVINGS U A HEADACHE AND TROUBLE BELIEVE ME!
