We spend 6 moths in Jacksonville, FL and 6 months on our property in MI. When we come back from MI, Zack, the manager is very friendly and accomodating and always finds us a space. The sites are extremely secure and safe.

My husband and I have parked our RV and boat here for many years, we are very satisfied with this storage facility. We have never had any issues. I feel comfortable leaving our RV & Boat when vacationing overseas, knowing our items are secured. The best prices I could find in town, especially convenient area. My RV is safe and secured. Zack does he best to accommodate my requests, and need for a large spaces. Would definitely recommend and continue storing my RV there!

Not very secure! My trailer was broken into and my stuff was stolen from being on this property. Secerity is not very good they got nothing on the cameras, and management didn't seem to care or try to help so I left. I'm at a much better place now and much cheaper!

Yes, it's cheap, and the lots are decent size...but there are issues. We took our trailer out of storage in December and let the owner know we were leaving. Later, we were charged for January storage even though we had left. Zach, the owner, was uncooperative. It took multiple calls and eventually faxing my credit card statement showing the charge before he would apply the refund. He didn't even know if we had been billed or not and demanded proof! Other issues... 1. The months are supposed to be prorated, but we were later told there isn't a prorated price. 2. We had a tiny car which we wanted to store in the 25' lot with our small trailer, and were told that even though both fit neatly in the lot (which is sold by size) that the car would be an additional ~$30 per month. 3. There was only one combo lock on the main gate and a single code was given to all residents to share. Not very secure, though they have supposedly improved this. Its a decent, cheap option, but the poor management ruined my experience.
