Secure Self Storage is a wonderful place to store valuables, and other artifacts that you may not have space for in your immediate home. My dad, Vincent Brown and I went today to lease a space. The facility was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Nich, the assistant property manager, was incredibly helpful. Her customer service was stellar. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage for all your storage needs.

Wonderful rental experience! Just rented a storage locker to hold household items. Shaye (Manager) was amazingly helpful. How? Provided advice on the storage unit size based on pictures from my current storage. Advised me on renting the right storage space, saving me headache on a too small space and money on a too big space. Personally showed me several storage units to get a first hand look. Completely explained the rental contract, access hours/unit location, locks, payment arrangement. The building and grounds are clean and well protected.I haven't moved my items there yet, but I'm confident that this willl be a great experience. Thank you for being a great manager and business. A+

All I can say is Wow and Thank you. Ms. Shaye at Secure Self Storage was awesome! We have a son At Howard University, and it has been a hassle in previous years to secure and move into storage units to store his belongings from his dorm, but not this year! The facility is spacious, accommodating and secure. We will always return to Secure Self Storage for our storage needs.

I had such a great experience during my move-in process. I actually was supposed to move my belongings in at the business next-door, but there was no one there to let me in. However, I was lucky enough that Shaye was available at Secure Self Storage and immediately set me up with a rental unit for the same rate. It was a quick and easy process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for either short term or long term storage!
