Max was so nice and helpful. I was able to get a last minute unit booked at 5:30 pm on New Year’s Eve when they closed at 6, after another unit at another company fell through, and he was happy to assist. The location is secure, clean and easy to access.

Really great getting the unit selected and setup. The facility is well organized, spotless, and obviously well maintained. I’ve had previous storage units and this is superior to anything prior.

I rented a storage unit here for a short-term option to reduce clutter in my living space. This place is a great option, although I would have to shop around if I truly needed a long-term option. The front desk is helpful. Accessing the unit is fully automated. It's easy to get around the premises and the facilities are clean. I know this area is prone to houseless people camping, so I appreciate the extra focus on security and awareness.

I never used public storage until I went with Security - and I am thankful that my experience is so good that I may never need to use another. First off, the place is newly built so right away I figure they have both cleanliness and top of the line theft deterrents in place. Gavin the onsite manager was super helpful, enthusiastically reassuring me of the facility's safety and getting me ready to go while answering all my questions. He really knows his stuff and made me feel good about the little 5x10 unit I'd be storing my stuff in while in the process of moving. Super easy to deal with, get in and out, and best of all I got a 4 month special! How do you beat that? 5 stars.

Going to sue this place for unlawful detainment. I was literally STUCK inside this place, half an hour on hold with the non-emergency Portland Police line before giving up. We got here at about 9:50, unloaded, and could not get out because they closed at 10. Place was pretty much abandoned, and there was no site manager here as the gate screen read. None of their phone numbers worked, the gate code will not accept, and their phone number just says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Finally made it out by trying to throw a fire extinguisher through the plate glass window, I managed to set off the alarm so security showed up. They were none too happy, but neither was I so they let us go, with a promise that I would be contacted tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
