I'm very happy with this storage facility. Excellent security, clean facility, and everyone who works here acts in a professional manner. I chose this storage because it's only a few blocks away from our apartment, but had low expectations based on my previous storage experiences. This was a nice surpise.

If there is such a position at any public storage facilities, Charles Ruiz, the Onsite Manager would be my personal concierge at Security Public Storage. He was super professional since the beginning, knowledgeable, protective, efficient and kind. I used to hear honor stories about public storages, this Security Public Storage is clean and secured. I would 100% recommend this company and location and I know if I ever need a storage unit again, I will come back to this place. Please take good care of the money tree!! :)

This storage facility is awesome snd Charles is a dream to work with….so friendly and accommodating! I rented a spot at this facility while I was out of town. In order for me to see the space I was renting, Charles face-timed me and showed me the spot I rented….I loved the fact that he face timed me! I would see the size of the space that I rented and I also noticed how clean the storage facility was! Charles is a gem and so professional and helpful! I highly recommend!

I never thought I could get this happy or excited about storage, but this place is amazing. Clean, secure, convenient with a loading zone in front for customers to use and plenty of carts to make moving items easy. The manager Charles is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Perhaps best of all, these people are honest. I tried to rent a bigger unit and they wanted to discuss how much stuff I had and counseled me into a unit half the size, which turned out to be more than adequate. What a pleasant experience!
