This is the worst storage place I have ever been to I cant explain how Disrespectful the front desk lady gwen (she claims was her name) was. She yelled at me to the point where my heart was pounding bc I was holding back then she tells me she will not accept my ID in which was issued by the dmv is my actual drivers license bc she said it was not valid without any reasoning. She honestly violated my rights and I will be calling corporate people deserve better sooo much better.

Very quick and easy set up to get a unit reserved, Stephanie on the front office gave us a very thorough introduction to everything we need to know for using our unit

The lady there Gwenn is extremely lazy and rude. I went there after work one day to get the unit I reserved and paid for online and got there at about 20 till close and the lady wouldn't even assist me. She said she "didn't have enough time" and was obviously just focused on ending her work day instead of doing her job. She was way rude about it too. It really screwed up my whole move not having the unit and I can't imagine what all she would have really had to do since I had done everything online already. Sorry I have to work like lady and can only get there afterwards but I was there before close and so she should have done the right thing and help me anyway. What a b.

Gwenn was More than Helpful. After some Misunderstandings with the payment process and order of operations. I was able to resecure a larger unit and get paid up right at Closing Time! She even went the extra mile to stay open a few extra minutes to get me taken care of right before the holiday. Amazing customer service. And 24 hours access is amazing!.

We have had a unit at this facility for 20 years, and seen many managers during that time. Gwenn is by far the most engaged and caring we have seen. Always friendly on the phone or at the front desk, she would also take the time to stop by my unit when I was working in it to be sure I was safe and doing well. She is an all around awesome person, and deserves to be recognized!
