Kevin the manager was VERY patient, laid back and overall great to work with. He & their maintenance guy went above and beyond after hours to ensure that my unit had a properly working light fixture. Their newly installed doors and accompanying locks are the best I’ve seen for ensuring that no one can break into the units. But most importantly (to me at least!) this is one of the few remaining storage places in DFW that allows 24 hour gate access to your belongings.

I can't say enough good things about the management of this self storage. When I originally rented a unit here it was a last minute switch from another storage facility and I wasn't able to get to their office til nearly closing time. They stayed late to help me get my unit rented & still took the time to answer all my questions and show me the property. It would be great to see the kind of customer service that Travis and Rachel exemplify put in practice everywhere. They could stand as an example to the industry of how to run a business successfully, balancing a professional enforcement of policy that allows me to feel safe accessing my unit and be comfortable with the knowledge that my belongings are in good hands with fantastic guest relations. Great job!
