DO NOT VISIT 54TH STREET & 7TH AVENUE STORE. THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND WILL DISRESPECT YOUR DOLLARS.

I want to give this location a 5 stars rating due to the helpfulness and excellent customer service of the staff. Being said that, people please pay close attention to the moving help pwowerd by Uhaul that you will choose. I hired this company at a rate of $50 an hour for 2 helpers. These two guys were a disaster. First, they came by at the meeting location more than an hour late. Then, an hour and 25 mns into the job, one of the guys told me that they had 20 minutes left to leave. To top it all, while moving, one of the guys a spring box mattress on top of my mother's head which could have badly injured my family mother had I not been there on site that day. Great location but pick and choose your moving helpers wisely. I am blaming Uhaul for dealing with these unprofessional helpers.

I was so stressed with my move already, the gentlemen that lached the trailer to the 26" truck told me it was his first time. I truly valued his honestly but I didn't feel very secure. As I was pulling my suv and driving this huge truck. When I arrived to my home to pack, I open the truck and the items I rented, that I have not even been refunded for, were not in the truck. I ran to another uhaul who didn't have what I had rented, but the call center told me they had it. Then had to pay another $12 and head to lowes to purchase another item. I called this place 3 times and no one answered. I honestly would not recommend renting from here.
