The equipment was SO bad I can’t even begin to describe it. I rented a tow dolly today and it was in the worst possible condition ever. The orange plastic area was broken. It had holes & scratches EVERYWHERE. Not to mention the lights kept falling off. Both the lashing winch were so rusty I hurt one of my fingers so bad it started bleeding. After returning the equipment I addressed all of this with one of the supervisors and he laughed in my face. Long story short: U Haul employees/supervisors don’t care about your safety or your vehicle. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back. U Haul do better.
