I've been getting uhauls from here for years and have never been asked for a contact they could call to verify I'll bring uhaul back. I made a reservation on Thursday to pick up Friday only to be treated with mistrust. I think this was uncalled for as they have my driver's license information, address, and phone number. I will more than likely go to a different location if ever need to rent another one.

Very frustrating experience here. I checked in online, paid online and still spent forever in here. The employee I dealt with was brain dead.

The online check-in was easy and the employees at this location are very friendly. The issue I had was during the move-in process I saw no less than nine roaches. Four crawling on the walls, four on the ground in my unit and in the hallway, and I even had one on a box sitting in the hallway that I went to pick up and move into the unit. Had I not been severely limited with time because of my upcoming deployment I would have refused the move-in and gone elsewhere. There's clearly an infestation and no pest control. I'll have to fumigate everything in the unit before I can move it into a new apartment when I come back from deployment. In all my years of using storage facilities I've never seen this even home in Florida where waterbugs are as common as blades of grass.
