My grandparents ran this place for over 25 years. They treated every customer as if they were family. They worked very hard until their retirement, and the passing of my nana. They were so proud of their work and all the new people they got to meet and new friends they made. Since they left, missy and Katie took over, and katie has done an amazing job carrying on the legacy left by my grandparents. I had a friend in a bad situation and I called katie and she immediately helped her! That place will always be near and dear to my heart. So many memories.

my daughter rented a unit with them and when her bf and her broke up he kept the keys as leverage with her even though unit was in her name.the lady in the office alerted the ex who we told there was a epo on she called him to tell him she was there. A very dangerous situation which could've been avoided had she been professional.I do not recommend this place

I’m a big fan personally. The unit I rented was a 10x15 and the ceilings were so tall it was like renting an additional unit. The individual I dealt with when reserving the unit was very, very nice and respectable. If I need another unit down the line this will be my first go to.

Self Storage of Frankfort definitely deserves this 5 star rating. From the 1st phone call to inquire about renting a unit, up until the day we left, we received excellent service from this staff. We recently moved to Frankfort and needed a unit to store our belongings for a month. When we walked in the door to check in, we were greeted by the managers as if we were family. You could not ask for a sweeter couple to deal with. They made us feel welcome, provided all the information about our unit, checked us in without incident and even treated us to candy. Missy handled our account in a professional manner, always returning calls and quickly responding to any concerns we had. If we ever need storage again, we will definitely use Self Storage Center of Frankfort. Thank you so much.
