45 $ for a piece of grass next to the trash bins... It's smelly, everywhere trash is laying around and the bathrooms almost feel deserted. Nobody is checking you in and I don't know if somebody is working there or just texting and taking money. Worst value campground on our US trip...

Booked online for one night. 68$ including taxes and fees. 60 if you just show up and self register... Big wide open and green. Quiet. Not sure what you're paying for here though. Shower in the office is 2/10. Super steamy as exhaust fan doesn't work (clean though). Campground could be amazing but just seems like it's been run into the ground for the last 20 years other than the lawn care. Nice flower bushes. Good for a night. Close to Sequoia NP.

Although the owners apparently live on site, they are hard to find. We needed a single night. Easy check in...sort of. It's all by text and the manager/owner eventually responds. Checked out 2 sites before settling on one. The electric hook-ups are sketchy - posts loose, wires exposed...but we were able to hookup. Same with water hook-up. The showers were in horrible condition - hadn't been cleaned in months at best. And it wasn't mess/dirt from use. Electric boxes exposed, the curtain was more mold than whatever color it was meant to be. I don't know where all the compliments on these reviews are coming from - this place is a dive. No two ways about it. But it's the only game in town and it appears they know it!

Be careful. All sites are supposed to be 50/30A full hookups. But ours was only 30; but we did get a refund. Also, our hookups were on the curbside. We needed 3-1/2 15' sewer hoses!

The best thing is it's proximity to Sequoia and King's Canyon parks, about a 30 minute drive. There is a nicely-stocked grocery store and gas station nearby the RV Park too. Facilities are minimal, but have working flush toilets and showers. On-site caretakers are friendly, but not always available. If you don't mind a little rustic campground, you'll have great access to the national parks. Lower rates too.

Location, Location, location! Fantastic place to stay to visit Kings Canyon &Sequoia National Parks. Although you are in the middle of nowhere, there is a gas station right there. The check in is easy, once you know what you are doing. Grab a map and an envelope and chose an empty site. Once you are set up , drop your filled in envelope in the drop box and text the number letting them know where you are set up. They will text back the wifi password. The park itself is no frills, even the pond is dried up. It might be nice if there was someone that meets you in person and can answer your questions

Easy enough to check in yourself when no one is there as it's a show up and pick a lot, it would have been nice to have humans there but hey! The site was pretty but right next to the highway which could be a bit noisy. The restrooms were REALLY run down. They look like they have tried to improve them but they are not well maintained or regularly cleaned, I would not use the shower and only used the toilet because I had to. From the other reviews the owners sound really nice but I unfortunately I wouldn't come back due to the restrooms.

We'd had a full day of travel and arrived at Sequoia RV Park & picked our site. We got setup, began to unwind and settled in for the evening. Just a beautiful spot after a busy day on the road. Unfortunately, we lost power snd called the manager. Within 2 hours we had brand new 50 amp power installed. We'd offered to pack up and move to another site, but the managers Luz and Carlos wouldn't hear of it! They spent a good amount of time with us and ensured that we were well set for the night. Luz called later that evening to check that all was well. She even checked on us the next day. What impressed me the most was the personal interactions with our hosts. It is rare that you feel so welcome and looked after. We will definitely return to this scenic stop for another trip to Kings Canyon. Thank you, Luz and Carlos!

Disappointing Experience for the Price I was really let down by this campground, especially considering how expensive it was. The bathroom facilities were in poor condition: one lock didn’t work at all, and the other only worked if you forced it. There was no soap provided, and the bathroom was quite dirty. The shower situation was worse. The first shower room was unsafe—there was no doorknob, leaving an open hole anyone could peek through, and no lighting—just exposed electrical wiring. I moved to another shower room, which was slightly better, but the shower rod fell on me while I was using it. The shower head was mounted so low (around 4.5 feet high) that I had to squat to use it. There was one working light, but again, other fixtures had no bulbs—just more exposed wiring. I did appreciate having access to the kitchen area to wash my dishes, which was a helpful amenity. However, it was hard to ignore the multiple spider webs throughout the space, which made it feel neglected and unclean. On top of all that, most of the trash bins around the campground were full. I had to walk around quite a bit just to find one where I could throw out a small bag of trash. Overall, I expected a much better level of upkeep for what I paid. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless these issues are seriously addressed.
