My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s gated, has ponds and ducks you can feed, a gym, media room and a cute office shop where you can buy essentials or little souvenirs. Very dog friendly. You can’t be the price. We’ve stayed at other resorts and this one is our favorite. We have our own WiFi, which is a must because most resorts you have to pay to use theirs and it’s still awful, it was free here but we didn’t try it. Hailie and Elyse are so sweet and accommodating, really went out of their way to make our stay feel like we were family. We were invited to join in on pumpkin painting and it was honestly a ton of fun! We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed first night in fhu back-in spot 20 across from the office. Beautiful spot flanked by tall hedges of oleader. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the meter and had to switch spots the next day. The office was super kind. Got a new spot, large fhu back-in spot 94 which gets some shade due to the solar panel canopy above. Wi-fi was intermittent on my phone. But my computer stayed connected while I worked so that was great. The don't have cable but if your lucky, you can stream a movie. The pool seemed a bit too cool. The hot tub is not super hot which I prefer. However mid week, they ended up shutting it down for repairs so possibly it's warmer now. Bathrooms clean, showers hot. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed my week here and would recommend. Note: This is a gated park so make sure you have a code before arriving. Also, at night it is pretty dark with little lighting so if you can arrive prior to sunset it would be recommended. But it is nice that the spots are marked at the curb.

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, Finnegan and Fletcher, absolutely love it here. We’ve been staying for a month while relocating back to the Coachella Valley, and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the park itself has a unique charm that sets it apart from other RV parks in the area. It’s easy to see why this becomes a sought-after destination during the festivals. The pool and spa are clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms and laundry facilities are always in excellent condition. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and enjoyable place to stay.

Nicely ran community. Well kept. Pool, club house, laundry facility, bath house, pond with walking path and ducks, group size fire pit area with evening lighting. Great location. Easy to get to restaurants and activities.

Stayed here for Coachella and it was such a blast! Having a pool (with a DJ) is a game-changer in a hot desert setting. The managers and staff were so kind, they even made us pancakes for munchies after the festival!! Bathrooms and showers are available AND a free shuttle to and from. The community aspect was my favorite part, it felt like adult summer camp in the best way ever. Will definitely come back next year

Sprinklers go off numerous times per day, drenching everything outside. It was impossible to park my trailer in a way that didn’t put my stairs in the water. My wife and,y dogs had to flee several times. It was fitting, then, that the sprinklers went off while I was packing for travel - I left with wet dogs and wet shoes.

We were very disappointed in our recent stay at Shadow Hills RV Resort . The park has a neglected and unkept look, dirty sites, weeds, broken furniture, poorly maintained bath and laundry rooms. Management is off site and office staff unresponsive and does not maintain posted office hours. There were no activities or gatherings in January 2025. The only use of the Club House in that month was a Wedding Reception not open to RV guests. We question calling Shadow Hills a Resort.

Shadow Hills is a great place to stay in the Coachella Valley. The amenities, cleanliness, and customer service received from the staff are all top notch. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the paved RV sites, with our 3 dogs, and had no complaints whatsoever. It is an especially nice park if you have dogs with all the little fenced in runs spread out over the park. It’s also not a very large park which is nice considering some in the area have 300-400 sites total. Plenty of space for maneuvering. It’s also gated which adds a nice touch of luxury and security. The shower houses and laundry were all super clean. Also, we were both working remotely during our stay and the wifi throughout the park was strong enough so we didn’t have to use our personal hotspot. Great perk! All in all, we highly recommend it and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Hailey the manager was fantastic! The whole team there is always busy keeping thing up. Loved they would pick up trash and fill propane tanks from the front of your site. Not crammed like other campsites, they strike a nice balance. Pool and hot tub were great and not over chlorinated. Thanks everyone!!!
