Great manager but prices are so outrageous. Many places cheaper 275. A month better location better neighborhood. This place is turning into a ghost town because of prices hardly any amenities

What a great place!! Such a warm and welcoming RV park. Everyone was so friendly, inviting us to all of the activities, and stopping by to say hello while out walking. The open door policy of the manager, Colleen was much appreciated. We were able to pop in any time of the day with any queries. The pool and hot tub were a godsend during the hot weather. Being cyclists, we appreciated being so close to the cycle trails nearby. AND there were outdoor clothes lines where we were able to hang our clothing and sheets! Can't beat the smell of outdoor drying! Come to this RV park. You won't regret it.

We had been here about a year and a half ago and loved it but then went traveling. We called and said we would love to come back being done with our travels. We were welcomed back with open arms and now want to be here permanently. Love the management, Donnita is warm and inviting and Rita is a dream to have in the office. Thanks to the owners for for having such an Awesome team at Shady Acres. Love being here and making this place our home.

Stayed at Shady Acres for the weekend and was very satisfied. Park is an older park but well kept. Residents were very friendly and Rita, assistant to the manager, was wonderfully helpful. Pool and spa were sparkling clean as well as restrooms. Will definitely stay again. This park is a Good Sam and in my opinion a good value.

It is a nice, well kept mobile home park. Also, Donita, the property manager, is very friendly.

The manager wouldn't and didn't return my phone calls or texts, after answering the first call. She told me that I could come to see the place anytime. I drove from north Phoenix to Yuma Az. Once I got there I knocked on office door, NO ONE IN OFFICE. The time was within office hours. This is why I gave it three stars!!! Now the landscape was mostly fine. RV spaces were fine size. The mobile homes really were good. And the residence were very nice. I really wanted to rent here, but oh well, there goes the manager ruining things!!! 🙄😳
