Not a bad place to stay however it is rather expensive compared to other places. The management is good, some of the residents are crazy and some are really nice, and the water is free. You do have to pay for electricity however. A laundromat is next door so it’s convenient!

Very quiet, clean and friendly neighbors. The manager was friendly able to fit us in with a very short notice. Take plenty of “OFF” bug spray, you will need it. It is an older trailer park, but newer doesn’t alway mean better. Peaceful place. Surrounding neighborhoods may not be very peaceful, but not an issue at the facility. I recommend.. don’t forget the bug spray!!!!

**Edit: after a few phone calls, they arranged for us to use the showers at their other park down the road. They were trying to get us sites there, but we chose not to break camp and set back up. The effort was appreciated. It's not that far to go down for a real shower at the end of a busy day. Everything seemed wonderful until after we are set up only to find out there is only ONE bathroom we have use at the laundrymat that is only open until 10PM. And NO showers because of broken plumbing from the freeze. We SHOULD have been told this up front. Not having access to a shower for 5 days is a big deal.

What they don't show you on their website! It is a quiet Mobile home/RV park. Mostly older models. They have a dog area. It is pretty clean. The mosquitoes will eat you alive. Loose cats everywhere all day, all night! Rent is reasonable for the area.
