Impeccably clean and well-maintained! This little spot is definitely a “Haven” in what might be considered a more industrial neighborhood. Once inside you find out that it’s clear all the residents and staff care deeply about this property. Thanks for making our overnight easy!

We are a full time travel nurse family and we are blown away by how well kept and managed this park is. They really thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly as well and make you feel very welcome. The park is very secure with a key card controlled gate. The laundry facilities are very nice and work great. They accept postal mail and packages here for you, and even deliver your packages to your door. There is a great outdoor play area for kids and a fenced dog park. They have onsite propane and will fill and deliver it back to your site. The pool, spa, and gym are open for use right now for one family at a time via a sign up sheet. If you need anything, the staff members are quick to respond and very helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and thank you card for being nurses. We truly can't say enough good things about this Rv park. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bakersfield, this is the one! Also, there is a train nearby, of course it can get noisy from time to time, but the accommodations are well worth the occasional noise.

We tried for two days to talk to someone about making a reservation. All I got was a recording telling me that they would return my call and that my call was very important to them. Well two days and guess what. I guess I wasn't to dam important after all. Never did return my call. Made reservations in another RV park and guess who will never get any of my business. Go find someone else who you can lie to and tell them how important their call is to you. What a hell of a way to run a business.
