There is literally a paved bike path that goes into town and through a natural area that starts right at the campground. We rode to the Mexican restaurant and had a great meal , 96% paved path to the restaurant! We stayed at C1 I believe, had a nice concrete patio and chairs , some astro turf too, which was nice.

This KOA in Sheridan was excellent. I left my Starlink dish at my campsite and realized it 300 miles later. I called Stacey at the Sheridan location and she went above and beyond in getting it for me and shipping it to my house. Everybody there I dealt with was awesome. We’ve stayed there a few times in over the years and have left happy every time. Definitely a campground to keep on your radar. Stephen S.

The place was great and the Manager was great. She made our stay great and when we had a issues she tried to fix it and then when she could not got someone else to fix it in about a hour so we would not have to move RV sites which we liked. If one afternoon I as at the office and had to go back for keys she drove me over to the RV and waited and drove me back. What service!!

We had a great weekend at this KOA! We stayed in a tent spot, the land was cleared and grassy. The picnic shelter was nice and blocked wind. There was a charcoal grill that we didn't use but it looked well used! The tent area does line the entrance road and the highway noises can be loud. The restrooms where clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location!

Dog park, pool and playground are clean. Guests are friendly. I keep changing my review, now it's morning and I've found new things. Our site is small so pay for the larger one if you want more room. There is a walking/ bike path for the city of Sheridan right outside the park. How nice. The people here are friendly so you may just make some lifetime friends. Last night I was tired and hadn't really explored much but this morning I found the walking path. It was nice to get rid of some pent up energy. I do love camping in the wilderness but this KOA was just what we needed.

Enjoyed this campground. It's not five stars but close. If you are traveling through Wyoming on I-90, make this your stop.
