Finally got our stuff out of this place Irene Acosta is a nasty rude person. Make sure you get proof if you give notice if you are vacate in writing or they will rip you off and try and charge another month. We took pictures to to show it was clean and open. She used to be nasty because they kept messing up and cost us a late fee and acted like it was my problem and like the kind of person she is tried to tell me I was not allowed there even though my possessions were there to. She needs to go.

I have been using the facility on Craig and Decatur for 5 years. The response time for email replies is under 24 hours. I have not had rodent or pest problems. The facility is climate controlled and as a school teacher, this is vital for storing my classroom supplies during the intense summer heat. The location is easy access from my home to my work.
