I have a long time customer here and I was outside working on my motorcycle and i neglected to bring any water, and the young lady that was working named Corrine gave me four Ice cold bottles of water. I got them from the office myself but she offered to even bring them back to my storage unit for me Where I was working in the sun. Haven’t met the current staff before I think they might be relatively new employees But just as I expected they are always offering first class Customer Service. We had the opportunity to rent other places but we always keep coming back to short North storage.

All I have to say is WOW! I had to move out of my apartment on quick notice and needed a storage unit ASAP. I submitted an inquiry online and Tim called me within the hour. He was extremely friendly and personable and guided me through the process of knowing which storage unit would work best for my needs. They are a small local business and treat their customers right.
