The staff are very nice and friendly. The grounds are very well maintained. The front pool and hot tub were clean as was the pool area. The hot tub was hot enough for me. There are 2 lakes on site and both have fish in them. Seems like salt fish only. I did not see any largemouth bass. There is a mix of concrete, paver and grass sites as well as permanent park model type trailers. They have a lot of amenities that we didn’t even check out. This is a great location as it is in between Sanibel/Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

I can’t believe that we are being charged rent. The park is still a disaster. The infrastructure was not repaired right. After they tore out the homes the empty lots have not been graded right. This has made it so when rains it floods. The park has moved at a snails pace to repair the buildings. The pools still aren’t open. The meeting s that we have had with corporate, have been nothing but a joke. They say they will communicate better with residents, that this will happen and that will be fixed and running, as of today it still the same. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. We all had to pull permits to fix our places., they haven’t pulled theirs in a timely fashion at all. Therefore nothing is getting done. Most parks around us are up and running fully. Come on siesta bay, Indian creek, and the groves. Stop lying to your residents who did their part to make the place great again, and start doing yours!

Love this place in the sun! Our 4th season. Staff are always friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to please. Lots of terrific organized activities for all.

Unfortunately, my husband and I bought a place last year and it is the worst mistake we have made. The residents are very nasty and there is so much drama, it is like being in high school. We get harassed when our family comes to visit because they have kids. Going to the pool is like being treated like you are in a nursing home. You are told, what you should wear, they frown on drinks. Last time I checked, I was over 55 and earned the right to have a drink. Hey Siesta Bay, you are a trailer park, not a 5-star resort.

Very clean and well maintained. When we got there some nut was on our site and refused to leave. Luckily the ranger showed up and took care of the matter. Residents in the park are very friendly.

Stayed in 2 "cottages" (mobile trailers)- recommend renting 2 BR ... even 1 couple needs space... Professional Staff...they RENT DIRECT... why pay more on booking sites... minutes to beaches... and Sanibel Outlets... and great food!
