We have stayed a couple different years here on vacation, prices are fair for services / facilities offered. Sites are mostly sand / gravel but level and good size. A couple miles from town and the dunes. Facilities are all clean and well kept. Owners appear to be making upgrades to campground for better guest experience. Will stay again.

We LOVE coming to Silver Lake RC every year! They are more than accommodating, friendly, and reasonable! With spotless facilities, clean campsites, and no mosquitos!! We always look forward to going and are always bummed when we have to leave. Only a quick 5-10min from the dunes makes this place a perfect spot! WE LOVE YOU SLRC!

Mostly good experience and clean amenities. But the quiet time top flight security guards are annoying. OWNERS, READ THE REVIEWS. 2 people complained about noise and 100 people complained about being policed to be quiet after 11. It's a campground. If you don't like noise, stay home. Sitting around a campfire talking with your family is what it's all about. I understand no music after 11 but no talking around a campfire? Get real.

This is the nicest private campground we have stayed at. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the sites were so big with beautiful trees throughout the campground. The camp store was stocked with everything you could need. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back. If you don’t have a camper they have tge cutest cottages. Definitely check them out. And they are so close to several family fun spots.

This was our first time staying here and our first time on the dunes. Doesn’t make sense because we live 2 hours away. Everything g about this campground was impressive. Especially the staff and other campers. Everyone had a smile on there face and it was fantastic to see all the kids playing on the campground and riding bikes instead of being glued to a iPad or screen of some sort. Can’t wait for the following year reservations to open.

Our home away from home. We rent a cabin when we go. The whole crew is amazing. The hard work they put in to keep all areas clean and are very helpful. Just a short drive to the dune entrance. We love the Halloween weekend

Thank you, Silver Lake Resort and Campground family, for creating lasting memories during our stay. Whether chatting with Don or greeted by Tammi's heartfelt smile and enthusiasm, it’s clear that you and your entire team's kindness are some of the many reasons we return year after year. You treat guests like family, and for that, we are truly grateful. We appreciate your dedication and hard work which is reflected in the meticulously maintained grounds and bathrooms. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you for always making our stay an exceptional experience. -Theresa, Mike, and family

A great campground. Judging from the other area campgrounds, we had the nicest. But just because I feel this is the nicest, doesn't mean the other campgrounds didn't look great, we just had a great experience. Check in was easy and quiet times are followed by the guests. The only problem we experienced was the vehicles parked at the cabins would constantly blind us at night while enjoying the campfire. I might suggest a site that is not on the end of the row near the cabins because of this. The office has a great store with a lot of necessities like Mike and eggs as well as candy and soft drinks. There were also flip flops, and fire starters as well as some other things that help make the stay that much better. The firewood for sale is reasonably priced and stored in a shed to keep the wood dry. The pool area is very clean and was a very pleasant experience. The location of this campground is close enough to the dunes, but far enough away to give it a nice woodsy experience. The lots unfortunately are not paved and are quite uneven. Plan for some blocks or planks under your tires to help level your trailer. There appeared to be wireless Internet available here, but we were able to use our star link for Internet access. Many thanks to all the staff for making this a great experience and we will definitely put this campground on our list of places to return to.

Sites are the largest ones we’ve ever stayed on! Lots of room for your RV, tent, vehicles & toys! Clean cabins but the Cleanest bathrooms ever of any campground! The staff plays movie’s different days of the week under the pavilion, the pool is clean, the store has all kinds of great selections and office staff could not be nicer! The park is located in a great area close to town where’s there’s all kinds of fun things to do. This is a MUST stay when you’re in the area!

Enjoyed our stay! Clean and safe, the boys brought the boat and gear to chase Salmon. Plenty of room for it all. I stayed in camp for rest and recuperation - plenty to be had! If you need basic items - the general store on-site is a great option! The reason for 3 stars is the 11:00 curfew. Gate closes… No entry until morning. Extremely inconvenient for late fisherman.
