Absolutely a great place for the senior crowd Very clean facility with a wonderful staff Close to everything you need

Front desk staff was so kind and accommodating, facilities were clean and well maintained, and the park was quiet but still close to activities and local businesses. We only stayed for a night but are already planning to come back next time we are in the area. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the activities offered, but there seemed to be a lot of fun things to do without leaving the park. Great spot!

We had a very nice experience friendly 😊 folks ping-pong pool table ice cream social, coffee and popcorn and laundry prices reasonable bathhouse nice and clean all around pleasant visit great location right across from Silver Springs State park permanent residences were very friendly no load noises hated to leave just the nice quiet atmosphere we were looking for!!!

Older park with narrow roads. Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice pool. Not much room for dog walking but they did have a couple of doggie bag stations so that was nice. Very close to the state park. All stores within a mile or two.

Completing our first season as Snow birds! This is a wonderful park with very friendly residents. Larry has done a great job managing the Park. Al and Eva are the most amazing activity directors! Always something to do! If you are looking for a friendly, clean and active 55 + park , this could be for you!

This place will surprise you. Beautiful forest and very large camp sites. This is camping at its best. Take the bike on the trails to the springs and go for a boat ride. Kayaking is good as long as it is not raining monkeys! Seriously, look it up.

Great place to get away from old man winter. The office crew are very helpful and willing to do whatever is necessary for you to enjoy your vacation. Larry the manager is a great person to deal with. The RV park is clean bathhouses and laundry room are clean and easy to get to.First time camping here we are here for 3 months and plan to come back next winter for a four month stay. Lots of daily activities in the clubhouse. Nice pool area . They have a nice RV park here and are making improvements all the time .For the price you can’t beat it. Give it a try You’ll like it

We just moved here a few weeks ago and enjoy it very much. The staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are.kept up well. The bath houses and laundry facilities are also well kept and sufficient for what you would need. The showers are hot and there are plenty of them in the bath houses. The community of residents are kind and friendly. There are plenty of activities on the calendar to participate in and a heated clean swimming pool. Pets are welcome, which is also nice. We have enjoyed living here so far and expect it will continue this way. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the worst, I wish I had seen these reviews, they had no managers until a few weeks ago. They now have felons that run the park. They want to give you a background check after serving yrs in the system. Sketchy to say the least as they ride pass your home all day casing the place. They are short fused with their temper and yell and shout whille almost breaking your door. Athena Real estate Jill Alvarado and Jesse Dayton are aware of the situation as well as Marion County Sheriff. Don't patronize this place, until they have competent employees in this place. The Male half runs around yelling it's his park and he owns the place. It is not ADA certified and lacking the necessary lips and ramps for the sidewalks. It is a tumultous situation and a tough neighborhood. Also the office people are extremely rude, probably due to lack of training. Trust me and all the other awful feedbacks, they are all true, wish I seen this sooner. Man in a wheelchair.

This is a wonderful park. The facilities are clean and the property is very well kept. The pool is very clean and warm. The front office staff is very friendly and happy to help. We look forward to coming back and staying here anytime we visit Ocala.
