An RV resort that’s close to all the Winthrop area attractions, but still a bit off the beaten path - in a good way. We’ve been to Winthrop a few times before, and this year decided to try Silverline. It’s about a 5–7 minute drive from downtown, and feels very different - quieter, more peaceful, and a nice break from the fun but noisy scene in town. The park sits right on the lake, with lake access, a fishing pier, playground, mini-golf, and boat/jet ski rentals. Everything was clean and well maintained, and there are family-friendly activities that make it easy to spend a whole day without leaving. RV sites are tight, understandably so - they’re trying to fit as many rigs as possible. It’s generally fine, but if you plan to leave very early and need to stay connected to your trailer overnight, it might be a little tricky for other people to maneuver around you. We had a great conversation with the staff - everyone was friendly and helpful. There’s definitely a missed opportunity here though: this place is so close to the Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival, it would make perfect sense to offer a shuttle to and from downtown. Something like a small trolley could be great for both the park and local businesses (think Gatlinburg-style). It gets packed in the summer, especially with folks coming in from Seattle, but it never felt overwhelming. We’ll likely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

This is definitely a wonderful campground for families, the location on the water is ideal place for all day fun, it was a joy to hear the children’s laughter. The tenting area and lower RV sites were awesome and well maintained but we felt the upper level RV sites were neglected. They were small, not well kept up and not as much greenery as shown on the website or map. The camp hosts were welcoming and friendly and the store was well stocked but the WiFi was almost non existent unless you walked around the park seeking the connection or sat on a chair near the store, we couldn’t even make a call or receive one on our cell phones so in that regards I only gave them 3 stars.

We came to Silverline with a rented RV, the first time RV camping- and really camping in general. We are a family of six, two adults, three kids and one toddler. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. We brought our jet ski, which was really fun, and we spent our days jet skiing, playing at the super cute playground, jumping into the lake, and playing on the little beach. We spent our evenings by the campfire, walking down to the lake and seen the full moon, I’m running around. Lots of kids on bikes, lots of fun, family activities. They even have all you can eat pancake breakfast on the weekends, although we did not participate because we had brought a ton of food. All of the other campers were really friendly, and there were tons of families. The staff went out of our way to help us quite a few times, which we really appreciated. Bob and Sheila were so awesome. We will definitely come back here, and in fact, we came across many families who have been coming here year after year.

We were lucky enough to visit the silverline resort this summer with our kiddos. There were so many fun things to do and see! They had an awesome western theme going on. The mini golf, the sluice boxes and playground wore them out. We also had a ton of fun with the jet ski, water trike and paddle boats. The location is amazing with the most adorable little town right down the street that had and amazing ice cream shop with homemade ice cream. We were so close to so many trails and waterholes and waterfalls. This is such a beautiful place to enjoy nature and your family. The staff were also so sweet and helpful and the grounds were so well kept. There is also an excellent store with almost everything you could need! 10 out of 10 recommend. We will definitely be looking forward to coming back soon!

Our family came for a 2 night camping trip here and we loved it! We had a beautiful view of the lake and the beach was lovely. Our kids loved fishing and jumping off the docks and there and there was a fun playground for them too. Our kids loved the little store and fun grab bags they sold. The washrooms were clean and had coin showers. We ended up leaving something there and Sheila in the office was so so helpful at helping return our lost items to us. We recommend this place!

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We've only gotten tent sites here and the prices are definitely reasonable. It is clean and well-maintained and a short distance from downtown Winthrop and in a prime location for accessing the greater outdoors. Early morning views from the lakeside docks are amazing.

What a nice place to spend some down time. Not a bad camp site in the park. Nice lake for fishing. Deer, birds and otters to watch.
