I recommend this secured storage place to anyone. Besides getting our vehicle stored, the on-site manager (Bricia) welcomed us as soon as we arrived and helped us out from start to finish. She was professional and very knowledgeable in her position, the property and procedures. My trailer was stolen from this storage yard. It had 2 tongue locks on it, yet it vanished. Space E7. They cant find it on their security cameras. They claim there is no insurance on it. Time to get an attorney. Would not recommend based on my personal experience and based on all of the theft reports from this yard.

Have been looking into storage for my bike during winter , but was having a hard time finding somewhere I felt comfortable with. Others I had talked to told me about what they had in place to keep it safe, but the manager Bricia, made me feel comfortable and like my bike will be safe. Management was great and so helpful and kind. Very clean units and I didn’t know the new form of locks and she switched it out no problems. Every time I came to load or unload, I felt safe and knowing my stuff was secure! I would recommend to anyone in the springs area.

If you’re looking for, or have an RV/trailer here, you’ll definitely want to reconsider this place. I recently had my Motorhome broken into, with about $500 of items taken, not even worth making an insurance claim. Taking a closer look, I can see why a thief would love this place (photos also attached) – many entry points where the perimeter can easily be accessed, the few cameras they have are only located near the storage buildings -nowhere near the RVs and trailers, and no lighting. Talking to the manager Steve, it felt like nothing but excuses coming out of his mouth, telling me what he COULDN’T do for me, and why the perimeter was all messed up. I asked to be moved away from the outside wall, but because I had been a long time customer and was only paying $65 a month for my 40 foot spot, our buddy Steve came back saying that he would have to charge me an extra $10 to move to an inner 40 foot spot. So much for customer loyalty. Two months later I still haven’t seen any changes – I ended up going to a VERY secure location nearby and for the same price, WITH an RV Dump and propane on site. Definitely look at your options before deciding on this place.
