I've been a loyal customer for 7 years between both owners. Summer 2020 was not a good season due to equipment issues and poor employees. Just resigned a contract for this season only to be hit with a trailer storage fee because the owner doesn't want to store trailers anymore and the boat storage went up too, both without notice. I would have been nice to get an email letting everyone know instead of finding out the day I did my contract and being told "sorry I'm just the messenger"so now I'm not in a position to leave. This will most like be my last season here. It's a shame it's come to this.

I was a customer for the last few years, originally when it was Bob’s Indoor Boat Storage and then last year when it was taken over by the restaurant owner and renamed Smugg’s. That will be my last year with them, as the lack of maintenance on the lift meant weeks without boat access, and cost me $1,000 in acid bath and fiberglass repair when they left my boat poorly tied to their dock for 2 weeks. I'll throw a star to the guys working the yard, but the owner needs to invest and manage the operations better. I’m relocating this season.
