Head to Snapbox on Island Ave if you want to be treated with decency. Ms Mary will get you situated in a Snap “lol” but yes Ms Mary is awesome and she’s very welcoming and bubbly show respect and decency and you’ll get it in return. 6 ⭐️s for Mary at Snapbox…..

UPDATE - Beware that Snapbox’s “secure” outdoor storage isn’t all that secure. I was storing my van in their secure outdoor lot. While there my vehicle was broken into, ransacked and vandalized. Snapbox would not provide video footage of the incident and took no responsibility. Original review: My experience with Snapbox was great. Mary was extremely accommodating and helped me get my storage needs worked out and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. I’d definitely recommend this place.

This particular location is by far the best self storage facility in the Southwest Philadelphia area. The manager Mary always provides me with AWESOME customer service. The units & property are always kept clean and sanitary. The location is safe & the units are all easily accessible. They run frequent move-in specials online & they also have the lowest rate.
