Just moved out mid month and learned they don’t refund a prorated amount! Why wouldn’t you?! Rip off place. This place is convenient and we’ve rented 3x here but never will again. They prorate coming in but not if you give them back their space to rent again—they will but will keep your money. We had it for less than 30 days but paid over $90 for the smallest space available. Scammers. HEED THE RATINGS ON THIS PLACE.

Keep track of ALL receipts if you rent from this place! They want their $$$ and want it on time. But if they owe you a credit.....somehow its considered a "wash" and you wont get it. BEWARE!!!
