I've been here for years and years and have had multiple units (still do) and it's the best place to store your things. Jerry is an angel. He goes over and above what he is supposed to do to make sure you are taken care of. I mean WAY over and it is SO helpful. What a blessing he is...truly.

The space is incredibly secure and conveniently located off of I-5. Units are climate controlled, clean, well designed and affordable. We would highly recommend utilizing this storage facility.

What a pleasure storing our treasured items at South Waterfront Heated Storage! Jerry and Sherry are the most personable people, who make you feel like family on every visit! Jerry is truly a caring Manager who takes great pride in maintaining a "tight ship'", providing a very clean and safe environment. Jerry was always very responsive and accommodating, and so appreciative of our donations. He was also wonderful in referring other vendors, welcoming feedback to insure up-to-date information for other tenant referrals. Visiting our storage units was always a pleasure with Jerry and Sherry there - both consistently pleasurable and helpful! We highly recommend this wonderful facility!
