We cannot thank Derek and the employees enough. What a wonderful place! Our car broke down on vacation and they were amazing. On top of being amazing Derek drove my family and I home to Tn in his tow truck. I had to call them around 9 p.m. in an emergency when my wife had a blown tire while driving on the highway near the shop exit. I spoke with Dana, and she, along with Derrick, immediately stepped in to help. Since I wasn’t there in person, Derrick kept me updated through calls and messages, even sending photos of the process. He did a thorough inspection, noticed that another tire was also unsafe, and made sure everything was taken care of. They were incredibly kind, professional, and quick to make sure my wife could get back on the road safely. On top of that, the price was excellent. I couldn’t be more grateful — highly recommend Southern Dixie Automotive for their outstanding service!
