Really great customer service. The guy Louther really takes pride in his job. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and answered all my questions with ease. The facility is clean and secure. There’s no Rando’s walking around either. I’m happy I found this place.

I called several Storage facilities on the Westbank. Each of them were overpriced. Southern Self Storage was the most economical. Which I greatly appreciated! Also, Lucas was extremely professional and polite. He answered all my questions and eliminated any concerns. It was a pleasure conducting business with him! First time renting a storage unit so I wasn’t exactly sure how everything operated. Olivia, was wonderful in making sure I didn’t get something I didn’t need. She made me not only feel comfortable but important. I like when i feel important to the people I'm doing business with. I will defiantly use this company again if i need more storage in the future!!!!
