Jerry was amazing. The park is clean and well kept. Prices are low and the location is great. Overall a great place to stay over night or even a month like we did.

Stayed here with our primitive popup (no toilet/kitchen). Great little RV park in Fayetteville. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance (.5 miles) too! We’re planning on staying here again in the fall.

Some RV sites have improved as they were leveled with dirt and gravel. Restrooms remain the same. Jerry is very friendly and accommodating. Rates are very reasonable. Very close to the University and that hub.

Friendly service, nice keep grounds, hooks up no problems at all, convenient location only minutes with in food groceries ect. Nice quiet neighbors only drawback may be that there is a plant next door so at night you can hear it, but was worth the price for 1 night stay.

Razorback trip… stayed for three nights is a nice level pull thru spot, quiet! Lots of room for your dog to run w wide open grassy areas, lovely man runs it and was readily available. Price was excellent and we were only 10 mins from Bogle Park! We will definitely be back!

We have been staying here since 2006. The aged park provides what you need for self-contained RVs; good text communication through checkin, relatively level sites, and reliable utilities. The owner has always been courteous and accommodating to us. Most recently he helped me help my family, and that sort of hospitality is rare. Daily and weekly rates are appropriate for the amenities and location. We will continue to stay here when visiting our daughter’s family.

I stayed here for almost 9 months. It's a pretty peaceful place to stay. It's very easy to get to in a large rigg, as it’s located right off the main highway. It located very close to the stadium, as well as Dickson street (nightlife, bars, ect.). The owner is awesome and very friendly. The only negative is it's a bit pricey, if you plan to stay awhile, as there is no monthly discount. Other than that, I highly recommend this RV park. Also a great place if you happen to have a small pet, as there is a really pretty / large wide open field to walk them. I really enjoyed my stay here!

This is the south side of Fayetteville, we didn't realize it until we settled. We did walk everywhere, but you may take advantage of free local transit after you find your way around. I've seen reviews mentioning noise, it's normal highway traffic, unrelated to the park. A little unfair to blame the location on noise, blame the city, if it seems loud. It isn't noisy late, but sometimes early morning on a workday. This place really filled up on the weekend. I only saw Jerry once, but he was always available by text, and when we were due to depart we were pleased Jerry was able to provide an additional two days, there wasn't another RV park within an hour away that was not full. Some never replied to queries. So, it was adequate for us, and I would consider it again, if in the area.
