I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and I have stored my samples and materials here for several years. The manager, Clare, is so wonderful. She acts as if she is a close personal friend of all of her renters. She took the time to understand the timing of the shipments I regularly receive. She accepts my shipments for me and often brings them to my unit. If she doesn’t have a chance to bring them to me, she texts me or flags me down when I drive up so that I can get my materials from her in a timely manner. She is calm, organized, and dedicated to her making her customers here have the best possible storage experience. Thank you so much, Clare!

Ok, don’t hate me, but I’m a big fan of reading reviews on places, but don’t dedicate much time to writing them...I know, I know...shameful. But this place was so fantastic I had to take the time to share my experience. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Claire, who is dynamite, by the way. I had called ahead with the type of space I needed, she was awesome and accommodating. I called ahead again the day I went to pick up keys, and she had already printed off everything and was ready to go. She taped her business card to the key cards (which I really thought was genius) and walked me through the unit I was interested in. The whole property was very clean, well-maintained, and safe. Security cameras are EVERYWHERE. I’ve never used a storage unit before but I had images of Storage Wars in my brain, overpacked and creepy. Not at all what’s going on there. They take a lot of pride in keeping their grounds safe and clean. I was very impressed. If you need to store stuff, even temporarily, do it here. Ask for Claire, you will fall in love with her and their property, just like I did!!

Wonderful experience with Spring Street Storage. Claire was always so kind and accommodating. The site is extremely clean and secure. When I moved out, I had lost the key to my lock and it is Memorial Day weekend. I called the staff on call, Charlie who came to our service within minutes and made sure we were able to get into our unit. The prices are reasonable and even offer climate controlled units. I would highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs!
