Great rv park. Super kind folks. We had several parts failures on our way here and they were so helpful in letting us stay longer without moving! Loved it!

I was only there for a function, so I cannot rate the other areas. However, it seems to highly popular, there were dozens of campers there, and there's also swimming and fishing. Lots of room.

Arrived 4/12/25 at site A-4 to find sewage containing toilet paper and "human waste" laying around the sewage hookup. Reported the mess on 4/13/25 and on 4/15/25 when we decided to leave, the sewage remained on the ground. We full time RV and have stopped here many times during our travels. We can vouch for most of the reviews.... this campground is running down hill the past 6 years. Shame. John

Stayed 2 nights in pull through B6 EWS. Nice level spot. They were nice enough to cover and heat tape spigots for the first night due to freezing temps. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Grounds well maintained. Some full-timers and local workers. All staff interacted with were nice. Would have stayed a couple extra days but they were booked-up. Rates and campground are better than some of the name brands we have stayed at. Will definitely stay here again!

BEWARE IF YOU NEED AFTER HOURS HELP YOU WILL NOT GET IT. It is 7:46 at night and we have no water. Very low water pressure at the spicket so not enough to get water through any of our faucets or toilets. They had a water pipe break almost a week ago. Still not fixed and tonight from around 3 until now we haven’t had water. I called at 5:09 and was told it would be back on. Maintenance came around and said water was on but we are here with nothing now. There is absolutely NO way in contacting maintenance after hours. We are a traveling blue collar family we have stayed at KOA’s and we have stayed at middle of no where crap holes and this is the only place we’ve ever been that does not have an after hours line. Update: 8pm my husband went to find the maintenance man and was able to get it fixed. Should have known this would be a probably when the very first night I discovered there was not an emergency phone number to call when I had a drunk neighbor coming onto our campsite. They have a cool Halloween event but that’s seriously the only pro I can say about it this place. Other cons: Roads are absolutely horrid Restrooms need some serious renovations November until spring there is no one in the office there’s only the manager and one maintenance man and they work that dang maintenance man to the ground. Since it’s just him you can only get packages from office from 5pm-6pm. We have been told by so many people that the new owner is the root of the problem and I definitely think this is the case instead of paying a plumber to fix the water leak within a day or 2 they have the maintenance man working out there trying to fix it for a week. The water has a brown yellow tint even with our water filters we had nasty water. Pond is horrible needs to be raked. Any cast out you’re getting caught up on algae. Playground is practically nonexistent. Has not been updated since it was probably be put in. Swings are broken or missing. Basketball hoops have no net. When we travel we look for family friendly spots since we have 3 kids. This is not family friendly. All in all it did the job we needed it to. We had a place to stay while my husband was here for work but would not give this place more than 1 star. I sincerely hope you read this all to save you money and find some place a little nicer if you’re gonna be long term. They do NOT give you your money back once you pay.

Fine for a stop for the night. This is a huge campground with lots of long-term and short-term spots. The roads in and within are in very bad shape and need to be regraded. There is one bathhouse that could be better maintained (and cleaned). There is a dated playground that is poorly maintained. There's a creek and a very poorly maintained sizeable pond. The price was good ($44 for full hookup pull through in Sep of 2024). Our site (A2) was leveled front to back but required a small adjustment side to side. The utilities were located in the very front part of the site, requiring extentions for all 3 services. It was an easy access in and out. We had WiFi. The pool was empty (past labor day).

Great place. Pull throughs made it easy to set up. Was there during the winter so pool wasn’t open but took a nice walk around the pond. Must be an awesome place during the summer. Easy on and off from I70. All kinds off amenities super close including a fuel station for big rigs. Recommend completely
