One of best campground i have been! Host Tom and Phyllis are very hospitable. Bathrooms are very clean. I love the layout of the campground, some incline when you go on a short lil hike around the area. Fishing is very accessible. You can also buy firewood from the host if needed.

Host was great. He suggested the perfect campsite for motorcycles.

We’ve stayed at Baker Campground a couple of times with my daughters and granddaughter. The camp sites were very serviceable, Porta potties were kept clean, loved the fact we could have a campfire, explored the river. Every chance we got and listened to it at night with delight. One of my favorite places to go

Great place to camp with family in the summer! Fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and beautiful views.

Probably one of the best camp grounds in the area.

I know they have outhouses but couldn't they put something in to help the smell! One up by us was horrible but some of the others weren't as bad

Great place to camp! We had bear prints in camp one morning so be sure to secure all food/scented items!

The scenery is beautiful, but the host was awful, very rude, yelling at the children because they were playing soccer in an empty camp site, complaining that they would mess it up and nobody would want to use it. Yelled a friends, talking down to them, very unpleasant experience with this gentleman. Other than this man driving by to check on us if we were behaving, everything breathtaking!😊

Nice F. S. Campground. I love the sound of the roaring Stanislaus River. Good fishing real close. Kennedy Meadows is about a mile up the road. Store, saloon, restaurant, clam chowder on fridays is so good. Horse trail rides available, $25 for 1.5 hours. Close to Pacific Crest Trail, jnteresting to talk with the hikers making their way from Mexico to Canada. You will see them occasionally hitch hiking to get back up the the top. After their break. Or coming down from the pass.
