Originally, I had no issue, until apparently an infestation of rats ate through a quarter of my property!!! Through boxes, handbags, shoes...moving cloth covering items ..2 large wall hangings! And even a new chest of drawers!! I moved out what I could save.Its disgraceful for a storage facility to operate and be infested with rats eating through and destroying people's belongings!!!

Please don't use this place!!! We have musical equipment and we have an infestation of rats and maggots, just the most horrible place, moving immediately!! And they still have the guts to increase the rent on my unit! Just a disgusting place! Stay away from this..if I could I put no stars at all

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their have been some minor gate issues, but kind of stuff happens. What matters most is how responsive and professional the team is. These guys are incredibly helpful for any step of the way. The online tech is dated, but, if you can get past that (and you really should), then this should be your only storage facility to use in the area. I literally drive across the City when I need storage, because they give me such great piece of mind. It is worth noting, this place is incredibly well lit. That matters at night and you really see it when you compare to their competitors.

Stash-n-Go Is the only storage solution in Austin, as far as I'm concerned. Everything runs exactly like it's supposed to, but better. Great prices, easy access, professional, accommodating... I can't say enough great things about my experience.
