Very friendly staff. I have multiple dealings with them, and always have done everything they could to help. I rented a U-Haul from them like 2 weeks ago. When I walked in the door I was greeted very friendly. The rental went smoothly. I wasn't overcharged or charged for something I didn't expect. I then purchased a storage unit from auction. I had a family emergency and they agreed to (even though they could of said no), to hold it until I returned a few days later. I then decided because of the friendly staff, I would rent a unit of my own. That process was easy and quick. The only wait I had to do was on an almost 80 year old lady. They took the time of a busy day to assist her. I had no problem waiting for them because he did everything he could do for her to get her taken care of. I enjoy all the interactions I have had with them. I would 100% recommend here for your storage needs
