40% rate increase with no notification. Rent due at first of the month. When I asked they said notifications were sent out on the first of the month but conveniently charged my account before we even received the notification. Poor business management in my opinion.

The worst establishment and the man and woman who run this business need to be fired. Terrible customer service as well as vile attitudes. Unprofessional is not even the right word to describe these people. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I always find staff pleasant and helpful. I have a 2nd story unit, appreciate the service elevator for loading boxes. My garage was converted to a bedroom. Appreciate this facility so much.

Up until today, I would have given them 5 stars. You can read other reviews, many of the units are not heated or air conditioned, they are kind of exposed to the outdoor air, etc. I was paying $50 per month for the smallest unit. Today I received a notice that the rent was going up to $85 per month. That's a 70 percent increase!!! I don't care what the inflation rate is, a 70 percent increase?? When we first rented the unit the representative assured us it would stay at $50 per month (no, it's not in writing, mea culpa) as the price was never raised in the past and they value loyal customers and it keeps the place full. Needless to say, I am leaving.

we had to throw half of our belongings away because they were covered in termites. when we politely confronted them about this, they brushed it off and never did anything about it. we were then locked out even after we paid for that month, and the staff (or whatever they wanna call themselves) was incredibly rude to us. paying a cheaper rent every month for the upstairs storage unit was not worth it because the stairs are so unsafe. the floor is a bunch of plywood and honestly feels like it's going to collapse if anything moves too much.
