This company is a big rip off. The total charge that we paid every month was for insurance and storage as one total charge which we were told was required. Get a letter of rent increase, went there to pay next month and was charged the increase PLUS the insurance separate which does not mention anything on the rental increase letter. Went right back to terminate my rental, and now they refuse to refund next months payment

I use this place for propane refills. Have always been happy. Better than the exchange places because you get your same tank back. You also get a complete fill. Most of the exchange place do not give a complete fill read the fine print to see how many pounds of propane you are actually getting at the propane exchange places.
