I have been here for just under 2 years and Jolene has been nothing but amazing. She is always around for any help and questions I need answered. The units and surrounding areas are always kept clean, gates & units are always serviceable. Because of the great accommodations I received and care of the units I will recommend storage king USA on platte to anyone looking for convenient and reliable storage

I rented a 10x24 space and measured it. The inside dimensions are 10 x 22. Not a huge difference, but they should advertise the actual size. My roll up door will not stay up. It falls down all by itself, and there is no way to secure it. It has fallen [hard!] three times in two days, and hit me once. I'm not a fan. The light inside my unit does not work. While the facility is gated and has a fence, I noticed that lots of doors show break in damage. I asked the manager about security and she said they do their best to provide excellent security. I asked what that means. What measures do they take? She said they don't do anything, there are no cameras, there is no security presence at night. The facility has zero security. But if asked about it, they say they do their best to provide excellent security - which is an outright lie. I give it two stars because it is a lockable space for me to put my stuff into. I would not choose this place a second time. The manager is very nice, though. She was pleasant.

The manager there at this location is super good at her job. She knows the system inside and out, is always ready & willing to help, she's super friendly but still very firm when she needs to be. She runs a tight ship and I ALWAYS feel confident that my stuff will be sucure knowing she's running the place. I've had multiple units and parking spaces there at various times throughout the past/pressant. It's my preferred place to store & the 1st place I recommend to all my friends/family, regardless of their specific neighborhood location.

I have had up to 3 storage units at the property over the years. Jolene, the manager has been so helpful, professional and kind. I have been out of Colorado for several years and I never had to worry about my storage units. Thank you so much Jolene. I will continue to recommend these units to my Colorado friends.

Storage King is the best, we had the biggest unit available and wow over and above to accommodate our needs. The staff is the most friendly and helpful people ever we had a pleasant experience and we definitely would use them again. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!
