So, I just had to share with everyone about Storage King USA. Wow, this facility is so well kept up and clean that it's great. Not to mention the wonderful and exceptional customer service with their knowledge. Both Karen and Cliff bring a whole new meaning to storage. I was looking to get a unit 10 x 15, but when both Karen and Cliff saw the amount of stuff I had, they immediately said I was going to need a much bigger unit. Which they were both 100% correct. On top of their customer service, these two make sure that your belongings are safe where they are stored with their constant routine lock checks and clean up. I'm flabbergasted and very much satisfied with this facility. Thank you so much, Karen and Cliff, for being such a great team and putting my mind at ease finally with knowing that I have nothing to worry about with storing my belongings in such a trouble time we are facing these days. I was very glad that I stopped at the Storage King location. I found the people that was working there Karen and Cliff to be out standing. They were able to help me with the storage unit that I needed. I also was able to share a little small talk with them. Thank you Karen, thank you Cliff.

The new ownership is terrible. If you are a veteran I do not recommend this place at all. My mother was a long time customer of this place with the old ownership which was amazing, these new people have no compassion at all. The average person knows that disabled veterans are on a fixed income and are willing to work with them from time to time but not this place anymore, they would rather threaten to sell my mother's unit than to work with her (they don't take partial payments they say) which is very disheartening. We need to do better as humans it's hard out here especially for our elderly, disabled, and veterans. With that being said if you are any of these things don't come here as they could careless about you. There are other storages that are more veteran friendly and that have humans that actually care. Edit: They told me to email so I will update after we work through this.

This facility was originally called Alameda Mini Storage, but it was recently bought by Storage King USA. The facility is fenced and well monitored by video surveillance. There is a wide range of unit sizes, including some that are climate-controlled. Reasonable access hours from 7:00A to 9:00P all week long. Now requires renters to carry insurance, but my homeowners insurance policy ended up providing sufficient coverage. Storage in the Denver metro is all over-priced, but the rates here are comparable to the local competition.

Thier customer service here is amazing!!! My wife are very pleased with how the staff here remembered us right away! We haven't even got a unit yet and they just remembered us from weeks before. I'm so impressed with how much they care, we will for sure use them again in the future if needed..
