As a 20+ year customer of Extra Space Storage, I was tired of the rental increases EVERY NINE MONTHS (like clockwork). These increases destroyed any type of customer relationship for long-term customers. In searching for another storage facility, I spoke with Lindsey Gonzalez. She was the only person, who understood what the customer needed regarding storage; was professional & knowledgeable about the offerings at Storage King; & would work with the customer in making the transition to a new, clean, storage environment. She ensured a smooth transition & RETURNED CALLS in a timely manner when notified via email - not something storage agents at other facilities care to do. She is the person at this facility, who gets everything done RIGHT.

Lindsey has been amazing as a Manager at Storage King. She has been helpful when I needed it most. It is good to know that people are still delivering good customer service and trying to help people and not just trying to take advantage of you in hard times. From the first day of inquiry on rental space and continuously as I continue to rent, property manager Lindsey Gonzalez has been and is the best! She’s polite, knowledgeable, returns phone calls, assists w/ payment setups, takes her time in answering and acknowledging any concerns. My situation has lent to needing extra help and she continues to provide all that she can. So many facilities to choose to rent from and hands down, this facility has a diamond in the ruff with Lindsey has their point of contact.
