Wish there was a no star button. Absolutely unprofessional from local manager up to area manager. Price increases2-3 times annually. Gates don't work , more than they do work. Fence is broke in several places, has been for years.outdoir lights and cameras aren't working, haven't for weeks. You need a truck to drive thru crater infested lot. They say, price increases are to continue top notch location, um everything about place is bottom notch. Good luck, stay safe going there. Don't forget your carry for protection!!!

Quick and easy to secure a space. When I arrived the gate was closed. I’ve been other places where the gate was open all day. I also liked the way they bill. It starts the day you start your rental. They don’t pro rate for the remainder of the month like some other places.

If you have anything of value DO NOT store at this facility as it is not secure. Last July I had the catalytic converter stolen off of an RV I had stored here. I was told by the police that there were at least four other RV’s that had them stolen as well. When I addressed this with management they informed me that they are not responsible, even though it is advertised as a secure facility, and I would be liable for the $1,000 deductible. They then assured me that they beefed up their security. At this point I decided to continue to store my Rv with them as they are convenient. This past March I purchased a second RV and decided to store it here as well. Within two weeks of parking it here the catalytic converter was stolen off of my new Rv as well as the other one. When filing the police report I was informed that the security gate had not been working and the facility was open to anyone to drive into, also the fence in the back of the lot was missing (see pictures enclosed). Now here is where the horrible customer service comes in. I spoke with the local manager and he told me there is nothing he can do about it, I asked for the phone number for his boss, he would not give it to me but said he would have someone contact me within two days. Two days later and no call. I called and left a message at the local lot asking for a call, still no call. I then stopped at the site on three different occasions asking for someone from corporate to call me. I NEVER received a phone call from anyone. I have now changed storage facilities and they really don’t seem to care. On a somewhat related note, they raised my rent almost every year I was with them. Consider yourself warned. Just a follow up to my review and more evidence of extremely poor customer service. As you can see below, Storage King asked that I reach out to them if I wanted to discuss further and if I was not satisfied with the outcome. I sent an email to them asking that someone contact me about the situation, no response. Three days later I sent a follow up email, still no response. Ten days later I sent a third email and still no response. I guess they are not serious about rectifying the situation.

I needed an outdoor storage space. I reserved a space online and the process was fast and simple. When I arrived to finalize the reservation the gentleman at the desk was nice and helpful. The storage facility prices are also very good compared to most.
