Well kept facility with friendly staff and convenient location. Prices are high for the size of unit, but better than competitors. I was disappointed about two items: I stored for about 8 months, and when I came to remove my belongings I discovered a thick layer of dirt/dust on everything. I had to throw out an upholstered chair and spent an entire weekend cleaning my furniture and other unboxed items. Also, though I cleared out my unit by the 4th of the month I was charged for a full month with no refund because I was on autopay. :(

I've been with Storage Max for some years now and hands down they are the BEST! I had other Storage facilities in the past from the Bay Area and Los Angeles and never experienced Excellent Customer Service at either places. Rebecca and Patrick are the BEST! Very polite and courteous with helping and answering all your questions. I definitely recommend....

Bonnie & Tammy are both amazing people. Since I live in the Bay Area, they are always happy to help me out over the phone. They've been very helpful and so personable. This is a pretty awesome place that is on the way to visit my relatives. It is very convenient and safe. I definitely recommend this place.
