Disappointed that I was not allowed to make a payment today 12/30/22 3:30pm. Thank you to Don for sending a message to the manager to update him/her that I need to make a payment before end of business day today which is 5:30pm.

Beats our other local name brand storage places on price, easy online reservation, or easy to reach live person by phone. Able to access unit almost immediately with gate code. On-site manager Tanita was very pleasant & helpful. Unit was clean & secure. Now I’m done, moving out and it was no hassle. Would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience. The price was very competitive and it was easy to move in and out. I was also renting at another facility not Storage of America and they raised the rate 50% after a few months saying it was a promotional rate I signed up for which was not mentioned in their rate. Storage of America kept the original rate for the 7 months we rented. I wished I would have rented both units from Storage of America.
