I’ve been trying to contact them for days now about paying for our unit but no one has answered. We’ve tried emailing, calling, and even going to the office but no one has been there. I’m very dissatisfied with them because they’ve charged us extra for not paying when no one has been responsible enough to answer our calls or to even be there during office hours. This is honestly my last resort, I don’t know how to contact them and I’m very frustrated.

DON'T USE THIS PLACE! They seem to hardly ever be in office. And I'm never able to contact them by phone. Every time I call, I get directed to a voice mail that's not set up.
